An Uncommon Burglar

It was meant to be a simple job.

Sarah Walker is a highly skilled burglar, the sort of person that people pay an obscene amount of money to acquire things that lesser thieves can't. There probably wasn't a keep, castle or tower house in the Kingdom of Wolestland that she hadn't been inside of...with the occupants none the wiser.

Then she finds herself in a wizard's library instead of the home of the eccentric old nobleman she was expecting.

Chester Cobblepot, the wizard's young apprentice, is ordered by his master to track down the thief who had stolen a tome of ancient lore from his tower.

Sarah and Chester find themselves caught up in the intrigues of bloodthirsty criminals, scheming nobles and powerful wizards...while something else moves in the darkness...
