This quick guide serves to provide an easy-to-understand insight as to what an exchange list for diabetics is and the incorporation of Caribbean influences. Before enrolling in my coaching program my clients have longed complained of how difficult it was to find information that was suited to their Caribbean lifestyle. It was rather difficult to create meals that were "healthy" with the foods they had at home or based on their Caribbean cuisine.
