The purpose of this report is to determine the circumstances in Eddie’s life that led to the death of his father as well as the prognosis for Eddie’s future life.

The parents were never married and their relationship had always been stormy with most of the storms brought on by substance abuse.

Both the mother’s family and the father’s family have lived in the area for generations. There is a history of alcohol abuse in both families.

The information in this report comes from the series of interviews with the family and acquaintances of the deceased.
