Publisher Description
Introduction In general, children's drawings have been investigated from an adult's perspective (Thomas & Silk, 1990). Little is known about children's evaluation of their own pictorial productions and that of others. Children's subjective experiences regarding their own drawings is a topic largely neglected in the research literature. While it is considered difficult from a methodological point of view to study children's verbal reactions to drawings (Freeman, 1980), such an investigation may be promising.
