Eggs

The symbol of fertility, life and rebirth, muse of artists and philosophers, its solid and liquid form has long inspired chefs and cooks. Found in the kitchens of ancient Egypt, it was also present in Pericles’ Greece and Ancient Rome, where it was used to open banquets. Then, from the medieval period onwards, eggs, in all their many forms, became more and more diffuse making it one of the main ingredients in cooking.


THE RECIPES
