The first edition recorded personal experiences and events in a spiritual movement that was new to Canada but spread across the country. It involved people in all the “mainline” denominations, both many who had little Bible knowledge and many who knew the Scriptures well.

What was news then is history now. So you may consider this second edition as a series of excerpts from the spiritual diaries of Canadians who lived before your time. But their personal stories still have power to stimulate a thirst for God.
