Hector Hound's Puzzling Predicament

From above came the noise of flapping wings and angry screeches.

Hector covered his ears with his paws. He thought the squawking would

never stop. Suddenly, the door over Hectors head flew open, and a

fat clump of feathers between two huge eyes, leaned out and hooted,

Who... whoooo... whoooos there? Oh, its you, Hector. Cant you tell

time? Cant you read? He pointed to the sign with one feathered wing.

It says, from night to dawn. He yawned. Ive been up all night. I need

my sleep.
