Journey to 40

Life lessons are useful pieces of information we pick up along our journey. Although I have a lot more than 10 these are the most impactful ones that I believe would apply to so many of our lives. Anyone can learn from these but my hope is that my younger sisters , friends and colleagues would overcome some of these hurdles in their youth to enjoy the fullness that life has to offer.
