Melissa's Pet

Melissa is a young girl with allergy to animal fur.  She wants a furry animal, but her parents refuse to buy her that type animal, because it can harm her.  Her pediatrician recommends a chicken which has feathers. Melissa at first wonders if the chicken would make a good pet. When she sees and holds the chicken, she has no doubts her friends are dubious about the chicken qualifying to be a home pet. But their opinion changes, when they get to see the chicken in action. They have to agree with Melissa, that the chicken makes a good and lovable use pet.
