NICE GRID Showroom

Nice Grid is a life-sized experiment in “smart” solar power supplying a whole district. It is situated 
in Carros, France, part of the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolitan area.
What’s it about? Testing the power grid of the future, with a substantial portion of solar energy, battery systems 
to store electricity, and smart power meters. The people of Carros are helping to design the neighborhoods of tomorrow: smarter, more energy‑efficient,
