The Dead Forget

Ryko Graves came back from the dead. Now the dead are disappearing from him.

Memories vanish each time his impossible body is pushed too far. Audrey's laugh. Blue's final sound. Pieces of the people he loved are becoming absences he can feel but no longer recover.

Then a second mask appears.

Crudelicord wears white, moves with terrifying precision, and seems to understand Ryko better than Ryko understands himself. He does not simply want Misericord dead.

He wants him measured.

Through staged crimes, false memories, impossible choices, psychological traps, and carefully engineered uncertainty, Crudelicord begins dismantling Ryko's confidence in what he remembers, what he knows, and why he chooses mercy at all.

With Gide Verran struggling to preserve evidence while reality becomes increasingly difficult to trust, Ryko faces an enemy who has made his grief into a laboratory.

Misericord: The Dead Forget is Book Three of the Misericord series, a dark psychological supernatural thriller about memory, identity, sacrifice, grief, and what remains when even the dead begin to disappear.
