A. Donald Davies v. Frank A. Massey

Relator A. Donald Davies, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas, instituted this mandamus proceeding to require the Justices and Clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals for the Second Supreme Judicial District at Fort Worth to file the transcript and statement of facts tendered by Davies in his appeal from an adverse judgment in the District Court of Hood County, Texas.
