direct appeal to our court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, which declared section 358-a of the Agriculture
and Markets Law to be contrary to the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and article I (§ 6) of
the New York State Constitution and enjoined enforcement of the aforesaid statute.
