About Istanbul

This project is an attempt to approach the influence of the Metropolis, to a photographer.

The result is a dialogue which combines the feelings that originate from the exploration of the Metropolis.

That interrelationship reflected in fragmentary autonomous images.

Metropolis expands and composes a map for exploration.

This composition portrays one of many faces of Istanbul.

These photographs have no touristic or advertising mood , nor feature a grotesque profile.

They present the real life and one more meeting of Polis and photography.
