Bound by His Scent

One wave. One stranger. One word on a courthouse record: brother.

He was a pharmacist who had spent ten years hiding his scent. Then a freak storm threw Teo Marchetti off a Duluth pier, and the man who hauled him out of the black water had a steady voice, gray-blue eyes, and a scarf that smelled like home.

Nils Halvorsen is a lake pilot who guides ships through the harbor and has never let himself want anything for long. He wrapped a stranger in wool, poured him terrible coffee, and let him walk away. He thought that was the end of it.

It wasn’t. Three weeks later, their mothers announce a wedding. Teo’s apartment has lost its windows, so he moves into the Halvorsen house on the shore of Lake Superior. Down the hall is the one man he can’t stop thinking about, and now the law calls them family.

Nils reverses the lock on the guest room door and hands over both keys, because he refuses to be the kind of alpha his father was. Teo counts his suppressant capsules, because they are failing. Neither of them says what is happening. Both of them know.

Inside this slow-burn, forbidden omegaverse romance:

Step brothers who were strangers first, and a bond neither can afford
A spicy, consent-forward love story where “ask me properly” is the most dangerous thing a man can say
Heat and rut, handled with care, honesty, and a legal pad
A found-family cast, two fiercely loving mothers, and a Minnesota winter that won’t let anyone hide
A promise of a happily ever after

The harbor is freezing over. The lock is on the door. The only rule they have left is the one thing neither of them can keep.

If you love MM romance with real heart, heated tension, and a love story that earns every kiss, you will want to fall into this one.
