No other reasonable conclusion than that note and mortgage were in settlement of good faith controversy. 1. The evidence did not justify any other conclusion than the one that the note and mortgage involved were given and accepted in settlement of a controversy as to the receipt of cream and payment therefor arising between one of plaintiffs and defendant, his employer, and wherein the latter in good faith and for reasonable cause asserted a claim against the employe.
