Caliph Washington v. State Alabama

Act No. 333, 1953, is in pertinent part as follows: 'Section 11. The Clerk of the Jury Board shall, under the direction of the Jury Board, obtain the names of every male citizen
of the County, over twenty-one and under sixty-five years of age, and his occupation, place of residence and place of business,
and shall perform all such other duties required of him by law under the direction of the Jury Board.
