Capes v. State

1 Plaintiff in error, Danny Ray Capes, hereafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the district court of Comanche County, Oklahoma, with the crime of Murder. When defendants motion for continuance was granted, the case was transferred to the Superior Court of Comanche County for trial.
