Fanning v. Denver Urban Renewal Authority

Plaintiff, Roy L. Fanning, Jr., appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint for trespass and ejectment against defendants, Denver Urban Renewal Authority, Longs Peak Associates, and Bud Brady. Although we rely on a different basis than did the trial court, we affirm the judgment.
