I am writing these books to “give back” my knowledge to the next generation of people, all over this world, whom haves the same type of disabilities that I have.

I am writing these books to educate people about the advantages of eating “fresh fruits” and “fresh vegetables” and how they are good to help you to have a healthy body, and what is not good for a healthy body. 

I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), in 1962.  I graduated from the Greenbrier Hotel Apprenticeship Program, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia,  and won the Gold at graduation 1969.  Served in the US Army, honorably, from 1965 to 1967.  I was in  the food business for over 40 years, 1957 to 1997. I became a Food Service Manager and a Professional Chef.

The idea to write a book about “fresh fruits” and “fresh vegetables,” came to me, while I was participating, as a volunteer, in a neighborhood food distribution group for seniors. We started with getting the usual traditional stuff, and eventually, we got some exotic types of “fresh fruits” and “fresh vegetables.”

Every Fruit in these books has the History, Nutritional Facts, Health Benefits. Also how Prepare and Cook it, and more information then you can image.

Author’s Believes  

I believe that the way to prevent yourself from getting sick, is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and think positive.  I believe fruits and vegetables can help the body to heal itself, but you have to always think positive. 

I have known people that are so negative, that when they have gotten sick, they never recovered.  See more About the Author

I have gone were no other Chef has gone before me. To Teach all the people in the world about Fresh Fruits, and how to eat healthy. Their is a lot of History in the Fresh Fruits and how to eating them, it will help you from getting sick. As you read the History of the different fruits you will find a whole lot wealth of knowledge in the Nutritional Value and the Health Benefits in each fruit, and effects it can have on you.
