There is a lot of History in the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables and how to eat them, it will help you from getting sick. As you read the History of the different fruits you will find a whole lot of Wealth, of Knowledge in the Nutritional Value and the Health Benefits in each fruit, and the effects it can have on your body. 

FOODPEDIA: THE HISTORY OF FRESH FRUITS VOL. 4 of 35, I am writing these books to “give back” my knowledge to the next generation of people, all over this world, and who has the same type of disabilities that I have.

Also: to educate people about the advantages of eating “Fresh Fruits” and “Fresh Vegetables” and how they are good to help you to have a healthy body.

We are in the 21st. Century now, and we must step outside the box to teach and train this Generation and our next generation on how to eat healthier and have a full life.
