Fox v. Erickson

Per Curiam. Audie Lynn Fox appeals from a final order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants entered in the District Court1 for the District of Minnesota in his 42 U.S.C § 1983 action. Fox v. Erickson, Civil No. 3-92-618 (D. Minn. July 25, 1994) (order). For reversal, Fox argues defendants violated his First Amendment rights by confiscating his religious jewelry and suspending his religious diet upon his assignment to administrative segregation.
