Free Throw Physics

I have spent over a decade in manuscript development of this systematic process to produce superior results because of the observation that inept behavior still exists. This instructional manual has been the product of trial and error, NBA player investigation, anatomy research, self-examination, painstaking experiments, and a lifetime of interest in the game and studies in the field of psychology. Everything I tell you about the shot is important and the absolute truth despite who has told you differently.

I am not one to be boastful or arrogant but so you know; I am one of the few premier authorities on the free throw in the world and know how to teach. I will explain if asked although herein you may find nearly all that you need to know. Some of my writings could be considered controversial, and may just be encouragement, spiritual rationalism, or perhaps even enlightenment.

It is my personal and professional opinion that all teams, especially professional ones need psychological assistance. There are many pressures that the profession brings with it. We've seen for decades some very dearly loved entertainers die from preventable psychological disruptions that come with money, fame, and the game; whichever one that is; or any specific ailment.

The successful comprehension of free throw execution with such attributes also transferred from consciousness into the subconscious mind can bring a lifetime of success to every endeavor engaged thereafter. I believe the subconscious mind is at the bottom of all the problems that we experience with difficult choices and resolutions. Over many years the subconscious mind accumulates information, no matter what it is; how big or small. All our experiences and thoughts are recorded there, while we are unaware, often not able to recount. Depending upon how we perceive our experiences; that will become our future. The conscious mind has incredible power but much of it can be influenced by the subconscious and lost in the translation. It’s the understanding of this and learning how to control and practice this power stored subconsciousness that is so very important to the execution of this shot in life and at the Free Throw line. It’s best to start early in life knowing this.

This represents how we look at our lives, and see how our Gift, changes given the Truth of who we are. As it is revealed to us; it can change our behavior. When we Look closely, deep inside, we understand how incredibly rich and complex is our existence and as that focus is concentrated upon for extended periods it is possible to see how our future is secure. Please understand that there is a higher purpose to the books that I write. It becomes you.
