J.J. Newberry Company v. City East Chicago

This cause is before us upon the petition of the State of Indiana (Appellant) to transfer it from the Court of Appeals, First District, that court having affirmed the trial court in part and reversed it in part and remanded the cause with instructions to present the supporting and opposing evidence upon its finding of inadequate damages. Said decision was by an unpublished opinion filed June 14, 1983, and Rehearing was denied July 21, 1983.
