Keith Leber appeals from an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) affirming a referees decision to deny compensation to Leber based on Lebers failure to provide notice of his injury to employer within the 120 day time limit imposed by section 311 of The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act, Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. § 631. We affirm.
