J. L. Eubanks v. Texas Employers Insurance Association

After jury trial, with all issues answered favorably to petitioner J. L. Eubanks, judgment for $8329.87 was rendered for him against respondent Texas Employers Insurance Association, insurer of petitioners employer, Gillette Motor Transport, Inc., under the Workmens Compensation Law. The Court of Civil Appeals sustained two points of error and remanded the cause to the District Court for a new trial. 240 S.W.2d 811.
