J.L.V. v. State

J.L.V. (Father) appeals the juvenile courts February 1997 order that granted legal custody and guardianship of his two daughters to the girls maternal aunt and uncle. Father argues the juvenile court erred in not awarding him custody and guardianship of his daughters because the parental presumption was never rebutted. We affirm.
