Upon the foregoing papers it is hereby ORDERED that defendant Sydney G. Corbins motion for summary judgment is granted, and plaintiffs cross-motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability on plaintiffs causes of action for negligent entrustment against the defendants is denied.
