Publisher Description
J.R.P. seeks reversal of the trial courts order finding him guilty of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of section 790.01(1), Florida Statutes (2006). Because the knife J.R.P. was carrying falls within the common pocketknife exception to the definition of a weapon, we reverse.
