Opinion BY TAMILIA, J.: This is an appeal by parents, V.F. and A.W., from the Order of August 20, 1992, adjudicating the child, J.R.W., a dependent child, issuing a finding of abuse naming either or both parents as perpetrators of such abuse, and awarding care and custody of the child to Cumberland County Children and Youth Services (CYS) for placement in a foster home.
