J. Sandy Singleton and Cay Singleton v‪.‬

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs-respondents in an action for specific performance brought by them as vendees in a title retaining land sale contract. We affirm. The salient facts of the case are recited in the previous opinion of this Court in an earlier appeal, Singleton v. Foster, 98 Idaho 149, 559 P.2d 765 (1977). There the Court reversed the trial court which had, on the basis of the statute of limitations, dismissed the action.
