Zeevi and Sons, Ltd., for partial summary judgment on the first cause of action in the complaint, denying defendant's cross motion for summary judgment on both causes of action in said pleading, directing entry of judgment in favor of said plaintiff on said first cause of action and severing and continuing the remaining cause, as well as from the judgment entered thereon.
