BEFORE: LIVELY, Circuit Judge; WEICK, Senior Circuit Judge; and ALDRICH, District Judge.* Order The plaintiff, a Tennessee state prisoner appeals from the judgment of the district court dismissing this action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiff contends that his constitutional rights were violated when the Disciplinary Board failed to follow its own procedures in considering his grievance and in denying him impartial appellate review. He also contends that he was fired from his job in the prison kitchen and relieved of his ""free world clothing"" without due process.
