Suit by Nathan Jaffa, as trustee for the creditors and stockholders of the Santa Fe Bank, against Sofia Q. Lopez, Juan B. C. Lopez, and the Union Savings & Loan Association, in which first and second named defendants and last-named defendant filed cross-complaints. From an adverse judgment, last-named defendant appeals.
