James E. Biggerstaff v. State Indiana

GIVAN, C.J. Appellant was charged on a two-count indictment. Count One was for murder and Count Two was for arson. He was tried before a jury and convicted on both counts. He was sentenced to a forty (40) year term of imprisonment on the murder charge and to a twenty (20) year term on the arson count, the sentences to run concurrently.
