A bench trial resulted in appellants conviction of Burglary, a Class B felony, for which he received a sentence of ten (10) years, and Theft, a Class D felony, for which he received a sentence of two (2) years, the sentences to run consecutively. Appellants ten-year sentence was enhanced by twenty (20) years due to a finding that he is an habitual offender.
