James Johnson v. State Florida

The court, sua sponte, directed petitioner to show cause why he should not be prohibited from appearing without the assistance of counsel. Having considered petitioners response, we conclude that petitioner should be prohibited from appearing before this court, as either appellant or petitioner, without counsel.
