James R. Hockensmith and Laresa

James R. and Laresa Hockensmith appeal from an order of the circuit court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, Gary D. and Maria Brown (parents), and their son, Ronnie Brown (Brown). In March 1991, Brown was arrested on drug charges. One month later, he was placed in an outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
