James Slagle v. Jeff Reynolds

James Slagle, Plaintiff-Appellant, has appealed from a judgment of the Court of Criminal Appeals affirming the Chancellors grant of summary judgment in favor of the Tennessee Department of Corrections [hereinafter "Department"], Defendant-Appellee. The primary issue presented concerns the propriety of the Departments recalculation of Mr. Slagles parole eligibility date from the year 1998 to the year 2053.
