The Petitioner (Appellant) pled guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to Murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1(1) (Burns 1979), and was sentenced to fifty (50) years imprisonment. This direct appeal from denial of Petitioners petition for post conviction relief presents three issues for review, one of which compels us to reverse the judgment of the trial court and to order his guilty plea vacated.
