Byrd, the plaintiff, instituted a wrongful death action against Nat Harrison Associates, Inc., a corporation, and Anna Agness as executrix of the estate of Ralph Scialla, deceased, in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, for damages sustained as a result of the alleged wrongful death of her husband, George Benjamin Byrd.
