James Thomas Jung v. St. Paul Fire

Action in the district court for Ramsey county on behalf of James Thomas Jung, by Dorothy Jung, his mother, as guardian ad litem, to recover certain pension benefits claimed to be due plaintiff as the illegitimate son of a deceased member of defendant association. After adverse findings, John W. Boerner, Judge, plaintiff appealed from the judgment.
