The Acting Postmaster General, charging that appellee, Shackelton Inhaler Company, was conducting a scheme for obtaining money through the mails by means of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations and promises, in violation of Sections 259 and 732 of 39 U.S.C.A. issued an order to the Postmaster at Grand Rapids, Mich., where the Company carried on business, forbidding him to pay any money orders drawn to the Companys order, and instructing him to return to the senders any mail directed to the Company with the notation "Fraudulent" thereon.
