Jasko v. F.W. Woolworth Co‪.‬

Petitioner Jasko (plaintiff) was injured when she slipped and fell in respondents (defendants) store. The plaintiff brought an action against the defendant to recover damages for her injuries. At the close of plaintiffs case, the defendants motion for a directed verdict and dismissal was granted. The dismissal was affirmed by the Colorado Court of Appeals. We granted certiorari and now reverse.
