Jean Kucera v. Robert Kucera

Action for divorce in the Ramsey County District Court wherein defendant husband filed a cross-complaint also seeking a divorce. After findings, Clayton Parks, Judge, awarding a divorce and giving plaintiff permanent custody of the minor child of the parties, support money, and alimony, plaintiff appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying her motion for a new trial.
