Lovelace, individually and d/b/a Jesse Lovelace Construction Company, appellant, seeking an accounting and money damages for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Trial was to a jury which found for the plaintiff on all issues and awarded actual damages, punitive damages, and attorneys fees. We affirm the judgment as modified.
