Suit was by Janak to recover workmens compensation benefits. The jury answered all special issues favorably to Janak, and the trial courts judgment awarded him a recovery of benefits, in a lump sum, in keeping with the jurys verdict. The Court of Civil Appeals reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment that Janak take nothing. 374 S.W.2d 744.
