An in-depth analysis of EU legislation concerning the Internet, including legal regulations addressed to information society (in particular e-commerce in the EU internal market), in the context of the internal markets of EU Member States. A comparative analysis of European solutions and US legal regulations, including those concerning restrictions on the access to content protected by copyright and the liability for dissemination of information via IT networks is proposed.
