Northern Soul

A debut novel from Francis Tiain Steel set into four interwoven stories from four different perspectives of the same weekend located around Hyde Park in Leeds and the Continental Supermarket in 1999. It covers the full spectrum of events from a love story, to mental illness, to unrequited love, to crime, to crashing house parties. A strong story coupled with snappy and witty dialogue makes it a strong and enjoyable and darkly humourous read.
