Paintsville-Prestonsburg Airport Board v. Galbraith

In this suit for personal injury damages as a result of an automobile-bicycle accident, the plaintiff, Ethel Rhodes, individually and as natural tutrix for her minor child, Sherhonda Shantae Rhodes, appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendants, DeSoto Parish Police Jury and Curtis Hill.*fn1 For the reasons assigned, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand this case for trial.
